That's actually pretty good for Obama considering he only got 38% of the vote in Arkansas last November.

42% approval for Obama in Arkansas is actually pretty good. I'm somewhat surprised by it. He only got 38% of the vote in this state.

Its incredible how popular Governors in Arkansas are since Bill Clinton held that position. Bill Clinton had a 70+% approval rating, so did Tucker (before he was convicted...) as well as Huckabee and now Beebe.

I am not familiar with AK politics. But is there nothing a Governor can do wrong there?

AK is Alaska. No big deal, it happens all the time. And the telemarketers always want to know if I live in Arizona.

Governors don't have to do much in this state. We don't want them to do much. The less they do the more they are liked. Beebe, like Huckabee before him, is doing a good job of it.

There is not much left to do in this state since Bill and Hill put shoes on our kids feet and textbooks in their hands.

Even after Huckabee ran for Pres, can anyone name anything he did as Gov? I rest my case.
