It looks like Boxer and Brown beat all the GOP candidates, with margins outside the MOE. The surprise here is the Rep. primary for Senate, with Fiorina ahead of Campbell. CW had already given the race to Campbell.

Poizer hurting Whitman, but he can't seem to break 40%. Witman's gonna win the primary.

Fiorina was fired from HP and that doesn't exactly give me much confidence in her. It sort of reminds me of Palin being a half term governor, yet wants to graduate to president of the US. Nothing in the world gives me more chills up my spine than Playing hail to the chief for Palin.

I'm surprised Whitman is enjoying such a large lead. I saw the debate between both and she didn't impress me at all and was the clear loser in my opinion. Maybe it's all the money she has.

@Emawk
What large lead? Whitman lead 61-11 in the last poll done by THIS pollster. And at 39%...which scads of undecideds as she bleeds support....20 points in 2 months? That's an implosion, not a large lead. Look at the trendlines for this race. They look like an imminent collapse to me. Of course her vast wealth may be put to good use over then next few weeks. She may stabilize, or Poizner's level of support may be at or near it's zenith right now but, by all measures this is NOT a good poll for Whitman.

What I meant by my comment is that I figured it would have been much closer than a 9 point spread at this point.
