Woohoo, no apologies needed.
Thanks for posting it up. I just felt it was a valuble poll, especially being a CT resident. Plus I like seeing the results being acknowledged :oP
Don't they have Recall elections in Ct.? Love to see "say it ain't so Joe" get recalled....
We have NO ability to recall in CT, no ballot inititives, no nothing. He'll lose, it'll be ugly, but entertaining...I can't wait to get involved in a local Senate election after volunteering for the Presidential election this time around.
There are no recall for any federal office in any state. You'd have to change the constitution to recall Senators or Congressmen.
As a resident of CT, and a supporter of Senator Lieberman in 1994 and 2000, after the Senator's hypocritical creation of a new party (he never registered in this party) after he lost in the primary to Ned Lamont, then his unabated support for Senator McCain the last year (how many days has he spent representing CT. when he was standing with McCain at campaign events?), and his criticism of President Elect Obama in a state that Obama won with a very clear majority, he has lost significant support. He never should have competed in the general election in 2006. Supporting McCain finished him in CT.
