Does Obama have the turnout machine that he has in other states? I expect not but I would think that it would affect these states with close Senate races (Georgia, Mississippi, and Kentucky).

But honestly, I don't expect any of those three Senate seats to flip.

Yes, he's got the turnout machine in every state. That's what's so insane about this cycle.

Only 2 or 3 states have paid people. Most just have volunteers en masse, headquarters in most counties.
