Go Sestak Go. Chris Matthews finally exposed Specter yesterday when he Specter was asked what he thought of Clarence thomas as a judge. Specter said Thomas has made some good decisions. That needs to be a campaign ad in itself for the Sestak campaign.

Specter voted for Mccain and supported him. Had he endorsed, Obama or even Hillary when she was running, I could see supporting him.

You're right Far left. I guess that changes my vote again. I think you just convinced me for good. His unfavorables are too high. Sestak has a better chance to pick up undecided voters. Quinn is matching Ras too. There are 5% more undecideds with Sestak and Toomey than Specter and Toomey. That could easily win the race in PA. Onorato will be very competitive against Corbett.

I'm wondering why Chris Matthews is even hitting Specter so hard. Makes you wonder how Sestak would look if he gave him the same scrutiny. 'Joe, why is it you don't show up to vote in the short 2 years you've been in congress?'

If I remember correctly, Matthews was going to run against Specter this year if Specter had stayed in the Republican party. I'm wondering if he isn't a little bitter that Specter switched parties, and probably affected his decision to run for office.

Sestak has the momentum. The bst Dem candidate to run against Toomey. Specter helped Sestak in running that attack ad talking about how Sestak left the Navy. He let Pennsylvanians know that Sestak was an Admiral. PA resident's have a great regard for military men and see them as strong leaders.

CHRIS MERKEY:

Chris is trying to make his show like the old Crossfire show. He ofen tries to start an argument when there isn't one. He knows that yelling sometimes gets viewers' attention when they are flipping through channels. I will say he is one of the few shows about politics that has Republican and Democratic politicians/strategists. They at least have a debate. Olbermann has someone on that agrees with him exactly and they just sit there and bad mouth the other side. It doesn't convince people to change their opinion regarding issues. If they had an intelligent debate, a person might change their mind. He might also add more viewers too. The Reps/Conservatives might watch someone like George Will (he would never go on his show) debate him on the issues. His shows seem like they are rehearsed as to what he is going to say and to what the commentator is going to say. I actually agree with Olbermann on a lot of issues but I think his show would be so much better if the opposite side appeared on the show.
