This poll is useless. It was conducted June 2 through 8. Obama won the nomination on the 3rd and Hillary endorsed him on the 7th. Why would this firm decide to do a poll in the midst of all of that? My guess is that Obama's worst numbers probably came on June 2 and 3 because Clinton supporters were at their most bitter...

Haven't seen this poll reported anywhere, even on the IBD/TIPP website. Funny. Isn't generating publicity the reason why news organizations finance horserace polls in the first place?

Um, maybe because the polling firm does not have a crystal ball and did not know Clinton was going to concede on the 7th?

The poll is hardly useless - it provides another data point in the seeming wave of polls that are currently putting Obama slightly but significantly ahead.
