A new Quinnipiac University statewide survey of likely primary voters in Florida (conducted 1/9 through 1/13) finds:

- 419 Likely Republican Primary Voters (± 4.8%)
22 McCain
20 Giuliani
19 Huckabee
19 Romney

Giuliani has essentially lived in FL and skipped town on all of the other primaries ... result he is down 8 points and McCain is up 9 points in FL since pre-Christmas poll ... winning strategy?
