By a large margins, Dems. want an Obama-Clinton prez-VP duo, the poll found.
Also 56% say Hil should stay in, and 37% say she should drop out.

jsh--yes, this is something I've noticed in a lot of polls. Note in particular:
Non-college whites
Clinton -7
Obama -7
Primary splits just don't translate to the general.

The internal results are interesting. I'm struck by how similarly Obama and Clinton perform against McCain. The stereotype of Clinton drawing support from traditional Democrats and Obama from independents is discernible, but the overall picture is one of similarities, not differences.
