Last Rasmussen poll--Obama 45% to McCain 43% (within margin of error) but this was before Hillary suspended her campaign. So the Obama bump was minimal.
69% Democrats support Obama and 77% Republicans support McCain. The weaker Democratic support may be linked to the 40% who are VERY concerned with Obama's association with Reverend Jeremiah Wright, Father Pfleger and William Ayers.
Also both Obama (58%) and McCain (57%) have essentially the same (and high) favorability ratings.
@onelightonvoice: Good to see you back to your trolling ways because someone has dared to say something that doesn't fit with the doctrine of the Messiah.
And actually, Father Pfleger was covered in most local news in PA because there are so many Catholics around and any Catholic issues are reported here.

Net gain of 2 points since Rasmussen's May poll; not quite as dramatic as the 52/40 seen in Quinnipiac last week.

Surprise surprise, whinerberry at it again with his lanny davis-esque "spin" on the polls. Give it a rest whinerberry.
No one cares about your "analysis". Isn't it time for you to go to the PUMA meeting?
By the way, why don't you go take a poll of PA and see how many people have even heard of Father Pfleger before. Get a clue.

Not my "analysis"....Maybe 'onelightvoice' should actually read the poll data before he accuses someone of "spin' and worse.... It is easy to click on the link above and/or read the narrative at http://rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/election_20082/2008_presidential_election/pennsylvania/election_2008_pennsylvania_presidential_election2

IMHO this was as close to a 'push poll' as one can get without being discarded.
