Giuliani is running 6th in both Nevada and South Carolina. Looks like absolutely zero momentum, in fact the reverse, going into Florida?

I can't see how he pulls it off in Florida. I'm from Miami, and he's been down here meeting and greeting the Cuban-American community every other weekend it seems.
If he wins, it will be on their backs.
