POLL: SurveyUSA Virginia Senate

A new SurveyUSA automated survey of 783 registered voters in Virginia (conducted 9/14 through 9/16 for WJLA-TV, WTVT-TV, WAVY-TV, and WDBJ-TV) finds:

• In hypothetical senatorial general election match-ups, former Gov. Mark Warner leads former Gov. Jim Gilmore (60% to 32%), former Sen. George Allen (56% to 37%), and Rep. Tom Davis (62% to 27%).

• Favorable/Unfavorable ratings:
  
  Warner: 50/14
  Gilmore: 19/34
  Allen: 40/34
  Davis: 13/10
