Wonderful news for Hillary! She is leading in all the national polls that were published today and maintains or increases her leads in many of the state polls.

It's going to be hard for Obama to topple Hillary. As for Edwards, he doesn't have much support anywhere except Iowa, and even there it's only by a few points.

Terrible news for democrats!

Obama's moderation and general appeal draws moderates and even republicans. In national polls he BEATS EVERY SINGLE REPUBLICAN running. With Obama, dems win the white house.

Hillary guarantees that every Republican in the land will get to the polls to vote against her. With Hillary, the dems will lose the presidency, again.

suzanne, i think the reason obama fares so well (though i'm not sure EVERY poll has him beating giuliani or mccain nationally) is that he's not hillary. but if he were to become the democratic nominee, republicans will find a way to hate him.

or this is just a zogby poll and thus not worth stressing over.
