PA out of reach. 53 + 46 = 99; there just aren't any more votes!

@Atomique:
Bush?
Posted on October 28, 2008 5:25 PM
Bush, McCain, is there really a difference?
Same policies, different name. It's a re-election campaign essentially.

Freudian slip.. I'm sure. =)

NV looks pretty in BLUE

Small samples, yes? PA looks like the bankable one.

Re the PA result, I didn't know that Ed Rendell was President! Scott Rasmussen seems to think he is.

More bad news regarding that Obama-"Bush" Ohio poll.
"John McCain and Barack Obama are tied at 47% each in Ohio, among voters who have not yet cast a ballot, but who tell SurveyUSA they are certain to do so on or before election day. But, among those in Ohio who tell SurveyUSA they have already voted, Barack Obama leads by 17 points. "
McCain better have a big ground game in Ohio?
Posted on October 28, 2008 7:30 PM
If McCain's ground game is like Bush's "ground game" in Ohio, he always has a chance.

@GoodRiddensW:
"NV looks pretty in BLUE"
I've always thought BO would win NV simply on the basis that bush04 won by about 10k votes. my reasoning has always been that BO's ground game would more than compensate for a 10k deficit. NV goes blue in 08 and thereafter. That leaves AZ ripe for picking in 2012.

Part of the reason Obama's ground game is so good in Ohio and in every swing state is because of Bush's horrible ground game these past 8 years. Bush is the worst President our country has ever had. Bush and the Republicans have no game. I am hoping for an Obama win on November 4th, and more Democratic seats in the house and senate.
Victory day is only one week away. I remember 2000 and the stolen election...lets not let it happen this time.
VOTE FOR BARACK OBAMA AND LETS GET A DEMOCRAT WIN IN NOVEMBER!

Yep, the undecideds have decided.

is boomshak taking the day off or has he just given up?

komatiite: "is boomshak taking the day off or has he just given up?"
He only posts in threads that give good news to McCain. With 30 to 40 polls coming out each day, there's plenty of them for him to cherry pick.

This Ras PA poll is just as good for Obama as the 53-41 daily tracking poll. The bottom line is the 53 number for Obama doesn't move.

The pollsters are still not factoring in the record turnout amongst blacks, Hispanics, and young people. It's not going to be close a week from today.

I hope you are right, but don't assume it will be easy.
Remember...

C Closing
Always be closing.

Open memo to all kool aid drinkers:
IF YOUR PRINCE IS UP ANYTHING LESS THAN 5 POINTS ON ANY GIVEN STATE- HE'S TOAST!
Why you ask?
1- Undecideds and Independents will break for McCain.
2- "Bittergate" still resonates loudly in PA, OH and WV!
3- Yep, that "Bradley effect" thing. Sorry- not my doing!
There you have it kids!
