Gallup is taking heat for not including Bush in the list of those to blame.

Out of all the polls there are two that have Obama's numbers this low, and they are Rasmussen Reports along with this one. Every other poll including Gallup Daily has his 60+, and below 30 disapproval.. Meet the outliers!
