A proposal called "cap and trade" would allow the federal government to limit the emissions from industrial facilities such as power plants and factories that some people believe cause global warming. Companies that exceed the limit could avoid fines or higher taxes by paying money to other companies that produced fewer emissions than allowed. Would you favor or oppose this proposal? Most of this 44 percent that actually support this bogus idea are your typical liberals who do not understand that it will raise there utility bills quite a bit.
Add this to the huge list of Obama supported policies that the majoirty of people oppose. Eventually opposition to so many of his views will catch up to him.
