Only a third of the country still think we're in a recession. A little surprising even if we're not...technically. The economy may not be taking on water at the moment but credit is extremely tight and new hiring/rehiring still seems to be months (if not years) away.
Some Independents give Obama credit for doing something about the economy or at least doing his best. If I'm in the WH I'd love to have these numbers at a time when unemployment is about to burst into double digits, business is stagnated, and the debt is so high that the numbers start to seem like play money.

I agree. Only conservatives are placing blame solely on Obama. Most reasonable people realize this problem was years in the making and will take years to get out.
