Generally speaking, do you strongly favor, somewhat favor, somewhat oppose or strongly oppose the health care reform plan proposed by President Obama and the congressional Democrats?

47% Favor, 49% Oppose

If the health care reform plan passes, will the quality of health care get better, worse, or stay about the same?

23% Better, 50% Worse

If the health care reform plan passes, will the cost of health care go up, go down, or stay about the same?

53% Up, 23% Down

I know it is Ras, and Zogby on another thread, and everyone wants to discount them as either right wing biased or internet inaccurate. But it is just more evidence that support is slipping for the plan(s) put forward by Obama and the Congress.

Most polls are in the territory where Obama voters are no longer supporting his plan. He did get roughly 53% of the vote.

The same can be said for his job approval. Once it falls below 53, those who voted for him are turning on him. Many polls are showing him below that number now. About as many are not. So my judgement would be he is right there. Any further erosion in his support means he is losing voters.

I think there could be an argument made now that some Dems are starting to disapprove over what they see as "capitulation".
