FINALLY WE CAN TALK ABOUT SEXISM!!
it's ok for all of the black population to vote for obama BUT that's not racism.
Now it's time for women to put their backs behind PALIN. If it's ok for racism to support obama, then LET SEXISM reign!!!
"You're likable enough Hillary."
touche obama, misogyny's come back to bite you. Not sorry?
You lose.
all of this; pig, war, bristol, lipstick, palin has put obama on the run.
um-ppity obama sat on a wall,
um-ppity obama had a great fall.
all the crimson phd's and
all the yuppie funds
couldn't put um-ppity
back together again.
"ok for all of the black population to vote for obama BUT that's not racism"
Check the polls. Blacks backed Kerry and Gore by the same margins.
Blacks vote for the Democratic party (what choice do they have).
boskop:
Big majority of AAs voted for Clinton, Gore and Kerry. Are they black too?
If Republicans had an AA candidate (Rice or Powell for example) and majority of AAs voted for him/her then your argument would be valid.
Did you watch RNC? There were less than 1% AAs. Do you expect AAs to vote this party 50%?
these polls are way off base,in all these polls mccain still only getting 30% of the latino vote,in he is only leading obama by 14% among white voters, that means if he do not increase those demographics it is going to be a long night for mccain, the media in these polls continues to think that 90% of the voters are going to be white, thats not going to happen, bush had to win the white vote by 18% in still just hung on 4 yrs ago,the minority vote was 23% back then,i cant wait to see the look on peoples faces when obama wins this going away, because the minority vote is going to be 28% this election, that means mccain have to beat obama by 23% with white voters to even tie him, gallup have him winning the white vote by only 14%,gallup has him only getting 30% of the latino vote, bush got 45% in 2004,if mccain dont increase that number he is going to get killed.by 2012 these polls wont focus on the white vote i can guarentee you that when they see the big turnout in november, its going to be crazy, after this election the white vote wont be important because both parties will get there fair share, what will be important is the latino vote from yrs to come,i have caculated my results which i call it the demographic poll,i have obama leading by 4% easily, gallup have made themselves look bad, they must dont go back in look at the demographics of past elections,if mccain is leading by 5% in the gallup poll that means he is leading the white vote by 24%,bush won the white vote by 18% but only won by 2%,but the minority vote was only 23%,but its going to be 5% higher, that means its impossible for mccain to overcome this, these polls are trying to discourage minorities from voting, back in 2004 3 days before the election gallup had bush up by 7%,at one time they had him up by 14%,but they had no idea the minority vote was going to be 23%,in now gallup is doing the samething this yr,people belive me this race is over because mccains numbers are far worst then bush numbers 4 yrs ago, bush got 27% of the minority vote which was the best number any republican have ever gotten in history, right now mccains only getting 19%,oh jesus this is going to be a landslide for obama in they know it,ill be very concern if i saw a poll showing mccain getting 28 of the minority vote,in he is beating obama by 22% with the white vote but this guy isnt even close its over
Eugene
Good Point! That is why the Obama camp is not panicking and running a bunch of negative ads. They know Mccain has peeked with women and it going only go downhill from here.
There us way too much nonsensical rambling here.
Flash news:
"Federal investigators say government officials handling billions of dollars in oil royalties engaged in illicit sex with employees of energy companies, and received improper gifts."

It is a proof that Republicans are in bed with big oil. McCain and Palin are not exceptions.
HERE IS THE SCARY PART OF THIS POLL FOR OBAMA SUPPORTERS!
In this poll, FoxNews gave a 7 point sampling advantage to Democrats over Republicans and McCain STILL won by 3.
Democrats: 41%
Republicans: 34%
Indepedents: 21%
Now keep in mind that even Rasmussen admitted that the Party Affiliation Lead by Democrats had shrunk to 5.5 points in August, and that was before the "Sarah Palin" effect.
What does this mean? It means that this FoxNews Poll is significantly UNDERSTATING support for McCain by undersampling Republicans.
That, along with the internals of this poll would have me quakin in my boots if I was on Team Obama.
Swingvote,
I don't see any mention of party affiliation in that report. Why do you assume these were Republicans?
Swingvote,
Since the article doesn't lead with the fact these were Republicans, I have to assume they were Democrats.
If Republicans are guilty it is always in the headline, if Democrats are guilty they never mention party affiliation.
Massive under-sampling of Obama's AA support with this poll showing just 76% to McCain's 13% (which is an oversample for McCain as well).
That's quite a skew. One of the largest AA ones that I have seen.
Obama will get 93% or better of the AA vote nationwide come November 4th, and the AA vote will most certainly increase as a percentage of overall voters. Harold Ford received 95% in Tennessee, while Kerry netted 91% in that same state in 2004, and 88% nationwide.
Unfortunately this poll didn't release the full cross-tabs, so you can't make a perfect adjustment based on this one demographic, but it should net Obama about 3 points.
The polls are clearly showing a slight Obama lead will return as the McSlime bounce subsides.
