Slight of memory. Bush left office with a 30% approval rating and Cheney like 18-22%. Cheney to be better than anyone I think is interesting. Biden may be a fool but I think he generally does his job well. Cheney has been portrayed as the most evil politican since Nixon/Kissenger.
Evil...gimme a break.
Flawed question to compare a presidnet of 8 years with one of 10 months. At this point in Bush's 1st term he was at 90 percent approval following 9/11. Ask this question in 2012 or 2016.
Hey, poll if he's evil. I bet he gets at least 40%.
Hitler is evil X, Stalin is evil X....Cheney is an american politician. Disagree with him ll you want, lets not toss aroudn the word evil. At least make an effort not to degrade our politics to that point.
I agree I would not characterize Cheney on the level of Hitler or Stalin. None-the-less the man has done some morally contempable things that I made the religious right even question him. Evil exists in the world and to think that no normal person, whether he is an american politican or your next door neighbor can be evil, is naive.
Torturing someone, or explicitly approving of torturing someone is evil. Dick Cheney did this. Therefore, Cheney is evil.
I can't believe that Bush and Cheney poll as well as they do in these questions.
