As Wong notes, the wording of the question is ridiculous, and the result is - as might be expected - a good 10-15 points below what every other polling organisation has found.

Even considering the problems with this poll; the fact that an R poll from August finds Obama approval at 55% is pretty good for him.

Support for health care was only down to 43%, and this was during the height of the angry townhalls. Indicative that support for health care reform hit absolute bottom in the low 40's.
