Wow, by a huge number people think the protestors are acting appropriately. Almost a 30 point margin on that question.

I wonder how much of that is a backlash against the left and the media for calling these people thugs and "un-American".

Is it not unamerican to shout down someone who is trying to rationally discuss things with you? Is it not thuggish behavior to send death threats and attempt to physically intimidate your opponents instead of engaging in substantive discussion?
