The 2-point rise in the LV Expanded for McCain brings Gallup and Rasmussen closer together, bringing a bit more coherence to the overall data set. This has got to be a good thing, reinforcing the view that the race really is somewhere around these numbers.

The difference with other credible-looking polls is simply the number of undecides. Ras and Gallup push the hardest.
