clearly the likely voter model is skewed towards the republicans. This poll is garbage. Damn you Rasmussen! I mean Washington Post!

Taken after Obama told opponents of massive government take-over of health care to "shut up" during a rally for Creigh Deeds in NoVa. Obama is toxic right now.

A very good poll for McDonnell.
A couple of slivers of hope for Deeds; his support seems slightly firmer (61% say they will definitely vote for him compared to McDonnell's 50%), and the party id make-up of this poll, (+7R, or +16R inc leaners. It was +6D in the general according to the exit poll.) may indicate this poll is somewhat skewed, (or perhap just a changing electorate).
Either way McDonnell is a healthy front-runner.
