Uh oh... Rasmussen's attempt to get Thompson into the race is hitting a wall... What happened to Thompson's 10 point lead? The 70 year old Thompson would have to fight for it?
He needs more of those other right wing polls... the ones that claim he would win in a walk...

Ras' Jan and Feb polls had him 4% and 3% ahead, respectively.

These polls against popular senators like Boxer, Feingold and Patty Murray are pointless now because neither side has had a chance to campaign. For instance, voters don't know why Fiorina in CA was fired from her job, and they forgot how Tommy Thompson violated privacy records as H@HS secretary by allowing abortion records to be made public. The voters have a tendancy to forget the past and when that catches up with them.

Yeah, sadly I think that Feingold will win this one, even if it does come down between him and Thompson. However, I'll keep telling myself to be optimistic that maybe Thompson will pull the upset.
