Civitas has some real terrible polls. Can you get any more undecideds in a favorability poll?

Obama with a 38% disapproval rating in NC? That's pretty much impossible. My guess would probably be about a 45/48 split, there's no way that 14% of voters are undecided.

NC isn't the same ol south it used to be. Some areas near Raleigh Durham have some progressive white folks with money. I hear that NC's economy isn't as bad as many other states.
