I find 48% in favor of health care in North Carolina to be a good number, especially considering that Obama is 4 points lower than that.

I wish we'd see more state polls of health care. My sense is that the south & mountain west probably disapprove of it much more. I wonder what relationship there is between Obama's vote total and health care support?
