Phil:

This is the second poll from SurveyUSA in the last few days to be pretty seriously out of line with the others - their 1/31 MA poll is wildly out of line with the Rasmussen poll in MA a few days before, and now this one erases a seven point lead for Obama from the same day poll out of Alabama.

On the other hand, SurveyUSA was not out of line with the actual results in NV, SC, or FL - at least no more so than anybody else was. And Rasmussen mostly didn't play in those ones, and obviously the Alabama University poll didn't. So who knows. Somebody is wrong on these two states, though.

Yes, but notice this poll is sans Edwards. It appears as if Clinton picked up much of his support in Alabama, which doesn't surprise me at all. In contrast, It looks like Obama picked up Edwards supporters by a wide margin in Missouri.

Phil:

Both this and the Alabama State University poll today were sans Edwards - the ASU one had a 7 point Obama lead that the SurveyUSA poll eliminates. So it's a massive disparity between the two polls.
