Regarding the Daily Kos poll, I think it is absolutely hilarious that the very same people who insult Rasmussen and cast aspersions on his polls because of his supposed partisanship are the ones who are trumpeting the results on the Daily Kos poll the loudest. Nor does anyone bother to point out the obvious conflict of interest concerning the "coincidental" dovetaililng of those poll results and the thesis of Kos's latest "book".

And unlike Rasmussen, Research 2K has a pretty abysmal record for accuracy, with the Brown/Coakleypoll and their Daily Kos tracking poll being two of the more recent examples. The semi-tracking poll published at Kos is so far off every other poll(except for maybe the equally ridiculous AP poll that has a 13-14% Democratic edge in the partisan sample), one wonders if they are embarrassed just a little when they publish it. Honestly, Obama hasn't had a 56% approval rating for over six months.
